Personalized: we all have beautifully unique bodies that require different things. If you take Privates, the sessions will be entirely tailored to you. If you’re in a group class, you’ll be cued lots of modifications & progressions to move in the way that’s best for you.

Nurturing: Birdie offers Duet Pilates, where you & a friend/family member will grow stronger together. Foster your body & your relationships—you and your duo partner can bond over your progress together. You can also reach out about doing group classes for your office, event, or bridesmaids—whoever is in your flock!

Private Pilates

These are 45-minute sessions thoughtfully designed just for you, and your goals. Goals like:

  • moving your body smartly for your chronic condition (ie, endometriosis, POTS)

  • getting more rotation to have a better golf swing

  • stabilizing your hip & ankle joints as you’re training for a big run

  • feeling more confident on your next beach getaway

  • being more poised to take on that big work presentation (better posture & breathing)

  • aging gracefully or avoiding falls (my personal long-term goal to be able to still do the splits at 90.)

Duet Pilates

These are 30 min virtual classes, with you and a friend/ family member.

Mix up your usual “going out to drinks” or “watching a show” with a Pilates Class. Perhaps the perfect mother/ daughter, or father/daughter, bonding experience if you don’t see them as much as you would like. There is nothing more rewarding than growing stronger with someone.
